We looked out the window today and some paragliders flew by very closely by the time I took the picture they were a bit further away but I think you can still see them.

CAUTION!!! do not proceed if you have a weak stomach!
Matt had minor foot surgery today when we came home he pulled his foot out of his boot and this is what it looked like. (keep in mind there is a bandage on his foot you just can't see it due to the blood)
